Mitigating circumstances All 2x2 Wearing of facemasks/coverings. 2x1 Facemasks/coverings may be worn if the user feels more comfortable. At the moment it is not mandatory to do so. OPENING BOTANICAL GARDENS BOWLING GREEN FROM MONDAY MAY 18TH   IN LINE WITH GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES DURING THE CORONAVIRUS SITUATION THE GREEN TO BE OPEN FROM MONDAY MAY 18TH  agreed by the Main Club   BOOK GAME :- for a WEEK DAY Mon-Fri with MARGARET between 9AM – 10AM phone 01942 870123 for a WEEK END Sat & Sun with MAVIS       anytime phone 07779 923826   PLAYERS TO BE a FULL MEMBER OF THE BOWLING CLUB AND MAIN CLUB (Anyone wishing to join to contact secretary-01942 870123)   1/2HOUR OR 1 HOUR SLOTS   players to come NO EARLIER than their allocated time and leave the green 5 MINUTES earlier than their allocated time   GREEN TO BE OPEN MID-DAY TO 5PM   ONE GAME ON THE GREEN - 2 MEMBERS EACH 2 METRES APART AT ALL TIMES UNLESS OF THE SAME HOUSEHOLD   THERE WILL BE NO FACILITIES AVAILABLE *     NO SPECTATORS ARE ALLOWED   ALL PLAYERS TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WIPING SURFACES WITH ANTI BAC WHILST THEY ARE AT THE GREEN example: gate latch   ALL PLAYERS ARE TO BOOK IN ON ARRIVAL AND BOOK OUT WHEN DEPARTING to track and trace any possible outbreak of the virus (list to be displayed in the bus shelter – please bring your own pen)     ALL THE ABOVE TO BE MONITORED AND RISK ASSESSED AND THE COMMITTEE WILL NOT HESITATE IN CLOSING AGAIN IF THESE RULES ARE NOT ADHERED TO   PLEASE CHECK WEBSITE FOR ANY ALTERATIONS TO THESE RULES IN THE FUTURE   THANK YOU FOR YOUR CO-OPERATION – KEEP SAFE COMMITTEE
